This used to be the estate workshop for our maintenance engineers and is no longer used so would be ideal for a wide range of businesses.  It has large double doors at one end and a personnel door opens into two smaller rooms at the other end.  At present the unit still contains a lot of maintenance materials and some carpentry machinery.  If the new Tenant can use the machinery we will be pleased to negotiate a price otherwise we will dispose of it elsewhere.  Once we have removed everything we want to keep, the new Tenant can either use or dispose of what is left.  As long as the disposal is in accordance with local authority guidelines we will be prepared to offer the first month's rental free of charge to enable the new Tenant to adjust the unit to their requirements.
